Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell element in which a plurality of unit solar cells formed on one substrate are aligned in at least one array and which can prevent its electrode extracting position from being an end of the array of the unit solar cells, and to provide a solar battery module.SOLUTION: A solar cell element 10 comprises a substrate 11, and a plurality of unit solar cells 31, 33a, 33b formed on the substrate 11. In the solar cell element 10, the plurality of unit solar cells are aligned in at least one array, and in at least one of the arrays, the plurality of solar cells aligned in one array are connected in series toward two directions. Of the unit solar cells in one array connected in series toward the two directions, one unit solar cell 31 may be connected to both of serial connections of the two directions.
