Abstract:
To provide a highly reliable solar cell, string, module, etc., in which the thickness of the coating of an electrode by means of lead-free solder is reduced by improving the wettability of the solder and the peeling of an inter-connector is suppressed.
In the solar cell, lead-free solder layers 7 coating silver electrodes 5 and 6 contain phosphorus. It is preferable to adjust the phosphorus content of the lead-free solder to 0.00001-0.5 mass%. It is also preferable that the silver electrodes 5 and 6 are constituted of silver paste electrodes formed by baking silver paste. In addition, the string wires the solar cell by using the inter-connector coated with the lead-free solder. The module incorporates the string.
