To provide a solar cell module which enables cable handling to be easily performed in order and which can prevent an unexpected malfunction such as the breaking of the cable, and a solar cell array.
Characteristically, this solar cell module 10 comprises a base 82, a solar cell panel 12 which is mounted on the base 82, a terminal box 14 which is electrically connected to the solar cell panel 12, and the cables 16 and 18 which are electrically connected to the terminal box 14; the base 82 is provided with a storage space 96 capable of housing the terminal box 14, and a cable groove 98 communicating with the storage space 96; the cable groove 98 is positioned on a ridge side with respect to the storage space 96, and formed in such a shape as to pass through toward the ridge side; the terminal box 14 has a cable take-out surface 14a which is directed to the ridge side; and the cables 16 and 18 are taken out of the cable take-out surface 14a.
