A conductor connection member 10 is a conductor connection member formed by forming an adhesive layer 3 on at least one surface of metal foil 1. The metal foil 1 has multiple protrusions 2 which are integrated with the metal foil 1 and have substantially the same heights on the surface where the adhesive layer 3 is formed. The adhesive layer 3 buries the protrusions 2, and surfaces of the adhesive layers 3 that are the opposite side of the metal foil 1 are formed so as to be substantially smooth.
