To provide a solar cell module filler sheet which excels in adhesion with solar cell elements and in durability and heat resistance, making it possible to manufacture a solar cell module with high efficiency.
A solar cell module filler sheet A includes an adhesive layer 2 on both sides of an intermediate layer 1. The intermediate layer 1 comprising low-density polyethylene resin having a melting point of 90 to 130°C or linear low-density polyethylene resin having a melting point of 90 to 130°C. The adhesive layer 2 comprising at least one kind of thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of acid modified polyolefin, silane modified polyolefin, ionomer, and ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer. A ratio in thickness of the adhesive layer 2 to the intermediate layer 1 (adhesive layer/intermediate layer) is 20/80 to 70/30.
