To provide a solar cell module fixture which facilitates unevenness adjustment, and a solar cell device formed by using the solar cell module fixture.
A solar cell module fixture includes a base 1, a receiving member 2, a height adjusting member 3, an adjusting bolt 4 and a holding member 5. The receiving member is attached to the base and has an engaging part 23. The height adjusting member has a mounting part 31 which is engaged with the engaging part of the receiving member and is unrotatable around a vertical axis and vertically movable relative to the receiving member and on which the end of a solar cell module 6 is mounted. The adjusting bolt is screwed with the height adjusting member from above and restricted to move downward. The holding member holds the end of the solar cell module from above. In a solar cell device which includes the solar cell module and the solar cell module fixture, the end of the solar cell module is mounted on the mounting part of the height adjusting member and held by the holding member from above.
