To provide a solar cell module mounting bracket and its installing structure and a method capable of certainly supporting the solar cell module, preventing any water ingress to a roof sheathing side and creating a roof having an excellent external appearance.
This solar cell module installing structure is connected to a locking piece 54 of a mounting bracket 5 fixed to the top of a roofing member 2 with the tip of the solar cell module 4 located at the downstream side of the roof slope; and the end of the solar cell module 4 at the upstream side of the roof slope is placed on a cleat 3 thereby pressing down the end of the solar cell module to the side of the roof sheathing 1 by a holding piece 53 of the mounting bracket 5 with a joiner 6 placed below a gap created between the adjacent right and left solar cell modules 4.
