The mounting bracket 20 is used to mount the solar cell module 2 on a stand 5 of groove-shaped steel, and includes an engaging body 21 externally suitable for the stand 5 in a longitudinal sliding manner and engaged with the outer circumference frame 11 of the solar cell module 2, and a fixing body 22 for fixing the engaging body 21 to the stand 5. The engaging body 21 has a slot 30 extending in the slide direction, and the fixing body 22 includes a base square bolt 40 inserted through the slot 30 of the engaging body 21 and the bolt insertion hole 7 of the stand 5 and a nut 41 to be screwed with the base square bolt 40, with a base square portion 44 being engaged with the slot 30 of the engaging body 21 into an unrotatable state.
