Abstract:
To provide a solar cell module protective sheet having a substrate sheet which is superior in steam barrier performance and wettability and is made of a fluorine-containing resin, and to provide a solar cell module formed by using the same.
In the solar cell module protective sheets 101, 102, at least one surface of a base material sheet 24 made of a fluorine-containing resin is subjected to ion implantation. The solar cell module is formed by using the solar cell module protective sheets 101, 102.
