Abstract:
To provide a sheet-like sealing material which is excellent in shock absorption, sealability, cold/heat resistance, and light resistance even when thinned.
The sheet-like sealing material according to the present invention comprises a silicone resin (A) and a plurality of particles (B) which are dispersed in the silicone resin and each of which has a cavity inside. The thickness of the sheet-like sealing material is, for example, 0.05-4 mm. The particles (B) include, for example, thermally expanded foam particles.
