A solar cell module 100 comprises a solar cell panel 10 and a holding frame 20 for holding the solar cell panel while surrounding it. The holding frame includes: a wall part 4 which is provided along an outer peripheral side surface of the solar cell panel; a holding upper piece 5 which is expanded from the wall part to the side of the solar cell panel and covers an outer peripheral part of a light receiving surface 10a of the solar cell panel; a holding lower piece 6 which is expanded from the wall part to the side of the solar cell panel and covers an outer peripheral part of a rear side 10b of the light receiving surface; a flange part 7 which is provided on the rear side of the solar cell panel at a position separated from the solar cell panel more than the holding lower piece so as to oppose the outer peripheral part of the rear side of the solar cell panel; and a connection part 8 which connects the flange part to the wall part in a rotatable manner and can move outside of the wall part by rotating the flange part.
