Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the output characteristics of a solar cell by suppressing light absorption loss.SOLUTION: In a solar cell module where a solar cell is sealed with sealing resin between a front surface member and a rear surface member, a suppression layer for suppressing recombination of minority carriers is provided on a one conductivity type silicon substrate, an inclined surface is composed of the end face of the suppression layer and the end face of the silicon substrate, and the inclined surface is formed in non-parallel with the normal direction of the solar cell so as to face the front surface member, over the entire circumference of the solar cell.
