Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel installation frame capable of improving anticorrosion, weather proof, and workability, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A solar cell panel installation frame 100 for supporting a solar cell panel 1, comprises: a fulcrum 10; a plurality of crosspiece members 2 which are formed by a molten-Zn/Al/Mg alloy plated steel sheet, and onto which the solar cell panel 1 is mounted while being fixed to the fulcrum 10; and a first one piece side processed volt 27 which is inserted into at least one first volt hole 31 provided on the fulcrum 10 and at least one second volt hole 32 provided on each of the crosspiece members 2. By forming the crosspiece members 2 with the molten-Zn/Al/Mg alloy plated steel sheet, anticorrosion and weather proof are improved. By inserting the first one piece side processed volt 27 into the first volt hole 31 and the second volt hole 32, workability is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
