To provide a solar battery panel support frame and a photovoltaic power generation system with the frame which enhances strength and rigidity of a joint part of a column and a base, can stably install a solar battery panel, and can improve workability such as maintenance, replacement, or the like of the solar battery panel.
A solar battery panel support frame and a photovoltaic power generation system with the frame have a pair of side faces 2a and 2b facing to an opposite direction each other, are formed with predetermined weight, and include: a base 2 functioning as a counter weight; a pair of columns 5 and 6 erected by connecting a lower end 5a to the base 2; and at least a group of panel support frames 3 bridged over upper ends 5b and 6b of the pair of the columns 5 and 6, and composed of a rafter material 7 mounting a solar battery panel 1 to support. The column 5 of one of the panel support frames 3 is arranged on one side face 2a of the pair of the side faces 2a and 2b of the base 2, and the column 6 of other of the panel support frames 3 is arranged on other side face 2b respectively by rigidly joining the lower ends 5a and 5b, so as to form a solar battery panel support frame B.
