Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell which is superior in humidity resistance, and long-term shelf life, and which enables the achievement of a high photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A solar cell 1 comprises a transparent resin layer 2, a transparent electrode 5, a photoelectric conversion layer 6 and a counter electrode 9 from a light-receiving face side in turn. The transparent resin layer includes a transparent resin, and lanthanoid-containing inorganic microparticles 3 having the function of wavelength conversion from long-wavelength light to short-wavelength light. In the transparent resin layer, the content of the lanthanoid-containing inorganic microparticles is 2-25 wt%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
