To provide a solar cell having high photoelectric conversion efficiency (particularly, open-circuit voltage) and excellent durability.SOLUTION: The solar cell has a cathode, a photoelectric conversion layer, a hole transport layer, and an anode in this order. The photoelectric conversion layer contains organic inorganic perovskite compounds represented by a general formula R-M-X(where R is an organic molecule, M is a metal atom, and X is a halogen atom or a chalcogen atom) and a polymer having a functional group containing a nitrogen atom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
