Abstract:
To provide a solar cell, multi-junction type solar cell, solar cell module and photovoltaic power generation system, capable of achieving high conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The solar cell includes: a first electrode; a second electrode; and a photoelectric conversion layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode. When a permeability of the solar cell is measured in a wavelength region of 700-1000 nm, an average value of the permeability is 60% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
