Title:
Solar energy power generation system
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6042687
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lithium-ion battery accommodated in a power storage device from being led into explosive combustion by a fire in a building.SOLUTION: The DC power generated from solar power by a photovoltaic power generation module 12 is converted to AC power by a power conditioner 16 via a connection box 14 before being linked to a commercial AC system 30. A power storage device 18 is provided with a battery module 38 having a plurality of lithium-ion batteries accommodated therein, so as to store the DC power generated from solar power and/or DC power converted from the AC power of the commercial AC system 30 in the battery module 38. A smoke/fire extinguisher 48 is provided in the battery module 38 of the power storage device 18, so that when a fire due to abnormality in the lithium-ion battery is detected, fire-extinction aerosol generated by combustion of a solid fire-extinguishing agent initiated by ignition is ejected into a battery module accommodating container to put out the fire.
