To provide a solar heat plate making apparatus of a thermal boring type with a simple configuration which dispenses with disposable components as a light source and is environmentally friendly.
Drive rollers 29 rotated at a prescribed position are provided within the housing 2 of the solar heat plate making apparatus 1, transporting an original table 3 in contact with the upper face of the original table 3 mounted on a plurality of support rollers 4. The fresnel lens provided on the upper face of the housing 2 collects the solar light. The collected light is reflected on a fixed mirror 30 and is made incident on a movable mirror which is rotated reciprocatingly interlocking with the drive rollers 29. The collected light spot scans the original table in the direction orthogonal to the transportation direction. A stencil printing base paper on the original table is thermally bored by heating of the original.
