Abstract:
To make it possible to secure an amount of maximum power generation even in a situation of a high snowfall frequency so that no snow is piled on an upper surface of a solar panel of a solar outdoor lamp, allowing it to be able to exert a function of an outdoor lamp.SOLUTION: A solar outdoor lamp 1A includes: a pole 2 having an LED light 5 and a solar panel 3; a power storage unit 12; and a control unit 11, and automatically turns on/off the LED light 5. The solar panel 3 can change an elevation angle by operating a hydraulic cylinder 4a that is elevation angle changing means interposed between the pole 2 and itself while being pivoted by the pole 2 in a state where the elevation angle can be swung in a vertical direction. The control unit 11 detects a snowfall state via a snowfall sensor 7A for detecting the snowfall state, thereby raising and stopping the solar panel 3 that is at an angular position for charging, up to the angular position for standby at a time of snowfall when no snow is piled on an upper surface of the solar panel 3 while operating the hydraulic cylinder 4a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
