The first X-axis device 10 includes a first track 11 and a first mobile device 13. The second X-axis device 20 includes a second track 21 and a second mobile device 23. The Y-axis cleaning device 30 includes a third track 31, a water tank 32, a slipway, a remover and a sprayer. The third track 31 moves together with the first mobile device 13 and the second mobile device 23. The slipway slides on the third track 31, The remover and the sprayer are arranged on the slipway. The remover is configured to remove dirt from the solar panel, and the sprayer is connected to the water tank to spray water from the water tank on to the solar panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
