A rotor is rotated by supplying a power from a solar power generator to the coil. The solar power generator has a shielding plate having a light transmission part, and a solar power generation disk having a plurality of divided solar shell segments. The rotor is rotated, by relatively rotating the solar power generation disk and the shielding plate, sequentially photodetecting the light from the light transmitting part by the solar shell segment, and sequentially supplying the power to the plurality of the coils, coupled directly to the solar shell segments.
