PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar power generation device in which generation efficiency of a solar panel can be enhanced, interception of sunlight can be suppressed in a season, e.g., winter, when you want to introduce sunlight indoors, and the sunlight can be intercepted in a season, e.g., summer, when you do not want to introduce sunlight indoors.SOLUTION: A solar power generation device 1 includes a rotating shaft 5 projecting from the external wall 21 of a building 2 in the outdoor direction in the plan view, an angle change mechanism 6 capable of changing the inclination angle of the rotating shaft 5, and a solar panel 4 supported rotatably around the rotating shaft 5. The solar panel 4 rotates for the rotating shaft 5 based on the change of sun altitude with time, and the angle change mechanism 6 changes the inclination angle of the rotating shaft 5 based on the seasonal change of sun altitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
