PURPOSE: To obtain a cold and hot air storing and feeding system which uses the solar energy consistently highly efficient at any time including cloudy weather and nighttime by a method wherein a heat pump is operated by a solar thermal power generator and both the cold and hot air produced by the heat pump are used.
CONSTITUTION: A silicon solar battery panel is used as a solar thermal power generator 1. A heat pump uses a thermal cycle comprising a compressor 10, a cold and hot air generating device 11 and a cold and hot air exhaust discharge device 12. The electric power generated by the solar thermal power generator 1 is mainly used to drive a compressor 10 and heat transfer devices such as the cold and hot air generating device 11 and the cold and hot air exhaust discharge device 12. The cold and hot air generated by the cold and hot air generating device 11 is temporarily stored in a cold and hot air storing device 4 having the fluid of a large specific heat contained in its heat insulating container. Moreover, the cold and hot air storing device 4 absorbs room air 13 in a house, makes this air warm and sends it back into the room as a cooling and heating air 14, thereby performing the cooling and heating operation of the room.
