In the sole of this invention, an outsole and a more flexible mid sole 4 are laminated and ship stopper projections are formed on the bottom. The outsole is formed, divided into toe outsole 6 in the toe section of the sole body, a heel outsole 8 in the heel section, an inner center outsole 10 in the inside of the center and an outer center outsole 12 in the outside of the center.
