In the sole 10 for golf shoes, a bottom surface 16 of a sole body 14 is sectioned into a plurality of regions including a heel region 22, at least an inner lower rim positioned inside of the foot and an outer lower rim positioned outside of the foot of the heel region 22 are curved surfaces 30, and the curved surface 30 of the outer lower rim includes a projection part 32 (the tip end is projected downward from the bottom surface), however, the curved surface 30 of the inner lower rim is not equipped with the projection part 32. The golf shoes 1 are equipped with the sole 10 for golf shoes.
