Abstract:
To provide a health tool that has a good influence on a body more easily by merely walking exercise and stepping.SOLUTION: A sole health tool T is provided for imparting a negative ion or a wavelength of an infrared region to a sole side by making it adhere to the sole side and performing stepping or walking. The sole health tool has: a sole contact layer T2 having circulation holes or raised fabric adhering to at least a sole S and circulating air during stepping or walking; and a functional powder layer T1 selected from a group comprising negative ion-releasing powder being held in a bottom or inside of sole contact, and the powder for releasing the wavelength of an infrared region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
