PURPOSE: To comfortably massage the sole of a foot by fixing an attachment onto the upper end of a movable iron core, and intermittently reciprocating the attachment according to the drive by an electromagnet and an energy accumulating means.

CONSTITUTION: An electromagnet is formed of an E-type magnet core 10, an exciting coil 11, and a movable iron core 12, and the movable iron core 12 is vertically moved in the arrowed direction by the compression force of a spring 18 when the exciting coil 11 is excited and the restoring force of the spring 18 when the exciting coil 11 is laid into non-energized state. Thus, an attachment 3 mounted on the top end of an attachment shaft 13 fixed to the movable iron core 12 repeats the vertical motion together with the movable iron core 12, whereby a massage in a state intermittently tapping the sole situated above the attachment 3 is conducted.
