Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole structure of a spike shoes for baseball in which optimal traction is given for a foot of a batter at the time of striking action of the baseball.SOLUTION: An outsole 2 undersurface of a sole structure includes a high traction stud 10f and low traction studs 20, 20,... (21f, 21g, 25) arranged around the high traction stud 10f at the outer instep side region X that is positioned at an outer instep side of a forefoot F including a second proximal phalanx pp2 and a metatarsal MT2, and a third or fifth talus and metatarsals MT3-MT5.
