A male screw 63 provided in the periphery of the guide tube 45A is screwed into a screw hole 58 provided in a body 13 to fix the guide tube 45A to the body 13. The guide tube 45A or a fixed core 46A fixed to the guide core 45A is pressed into the magnetic frame 48A, so that a coil side assembled unit 69A made up by preliminarily assembling the bobbin 43A, the coil 44, the magnetic frame 48A and the covering part 49A is fixed to the guide tube 45A.
