Title:
SOLENOID-DRIVEN PILOT VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3662159
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid-driven pilot valve prevented from worsening of operability caused by the eccentricity of the pilot valve and worsening of sliding property caused by foreign matters.
SOLUTION: A core 22 and a plunger 17 are fittingly inserted in a sleeve 16. A shaft 18 with a ball 19 rigidly fixed thereto is fittingly inserted in the plunger 17, and the shaft 18 is projected by the specified length from the core 22 side end face of the plunger 17 by a spring 20 disposed in the plunger 17. When a current is not applied to a solenoid coil 15, the ball 19 is separated from a pilot valve seat 9 by the spring 20, and when the current is applied, the plunger 17 is attracted to the core 22, and a pilot valve seat 9 is closed with the ball 19 pushed out of the plunger 17 to close a main valve 5 with led-in pressure. Since a fluid does not pass the sliding part of the plunger 17, worsening of sliding property of the plunger caused by foreign matters is prevented, and the ball 19 improves sealing property to perpendicularity of the pilot valve.
