To provide a solenoid driven valve that can appropriately lubricate with simple structure a piston sliding part of a gas spring for energizing a valve element functioning as an intake valve or an exhaust valve of an internal combustion engine.
An air pump 60 compresses air taken in from the outside, and delivers it to a reservoir tank 61. The compressed air fed from the air pump is accumulated in the reservoir tank 61. The reservoir tank 61 is connected to a pressure chamber 23 of a valve closing air spring 20 through a supply passage 62 and a communicating hole 24 formed in a cylinder 21. The reservoir tank 61 is also connected to a pressure chamber 43 of a valve opening air spring 40 through a supply passage 63 and a communicating hole 44 formed in a cylinder 41. A lubricator 80 is provided for supplying lubricating oil to the supply passages 62, 63 for supplying compressed gas to the pressure chambers 23, 43.
