CONSTITUTION: Within a solenoid plunger actuator provided with a protrusion 12 in the axial direction in the inner diametrical side of a stator having covering parts on both ends, the other protrusions 13, 14 in the axial direction protruding from the central part in the axial direction of the covering parts, permanent magnets 15, 16 magnetized in the axial direction provided on these axial directional protrusions 13, 14, a movable piece 2 is driven by exciting coils 31, 32 arranged in a stator through the intermediary of the protrusion 12 in the axial direction so as to latch up the movable piece 2 by magnetic attraction using the magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnets 15, 16.
