To improve the stability of a delivery quantity at the time of idle start and the stability of a delivery quantity under the change of an intake pumping by arranging an air chamber wherein the gravity direction communicates with a suction flow path and the other direction is air-tightly, on a solenoid pump for supplying liquid to the outside with motion in the delivery direction of a plunger.
In a solenoid pump, the suction inlet 10 side is connected to a tank, and the delivery port 7 side is connected to the feed side. In the case of an operation, current pulse is applied to a solenoid coil 1, a fluid in a pump chamber 26 is pressurized at the time of reciprocating motion of the delivery port 7 direction of a plunger 15, and a check valve 12 is pushed and opened to deliver from the delivery port 7. Simultaneously, the fluid in the suction flow path is pulled up by negative pressure, and accumulatingly energized by energizing means which consists of support springs 21, 22. At the time of reciprocation of the plunger 15, the fluid in the tank is sucked in the pump chamber 26. In this case, an air chamber 30 which communicates with an intake flow path 27 at a communicating part 31 of the gravity direction and which is air-tightly formed in the other direction, is arranged and pressure change generated in the intake flow path 27 is buffered.
