Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid pump which improves the durability of a diaphragm.
SOLUTION: In this solenoid pump in which a vibrator is supported to a diaphragm provided in a suction and compression chamber, a projection 26 (a fitting projection) is provided to one side of a pair of plates 10 and 20 installed to the diaphragm, while a through hole (a fitting part) connected to the projection 26 is provided to the other side. While the both plates 10 and 20 are installed to the diaphragm 1 by combining the projection 26 and the through hole, a regulation member is provided to the front end of the installing shaft 183 of a vibrator 180 which is penetrated to the shaft holes of the both plates 10 and 20, opposing to the plate 10, and a coil spring 30 (an energizing spring) to energize the plate 10 to the plate 20 side is provided between the regulation member and the plate 10. And the diaphragm 1 is held by both plates by the energizing force of the coil spring 30.
