To provide a solenoid valve capable of spraying controlled fluid such as cooking oil and fluid food from an outflow port of a valve body, and surely spraying the controlled fluid by preventing lowering of a temperature of the controlled fluid having a property that its viscosity is increased by lowering of a temperature of oil and the like.
The valve body 11 is provided with a valve chest 14 communicated with a fluid inflow port 13 through a fluid inflow passage 15, and a spray port 17 communicated with the valve chest 14 through a fluid outflow passage 27. An opening/closing valve mechanism 22 is disposed in the valve chest 14 of the valve body 11, and an electromagnetic mechanism 12 for operating the opening/closing valve mechanism 22 is disposed on the valve body 11. The valve body 11 has an air inflow passage 18 communicated with the spray port 17. The controlled fluid flowing in from the fluid inflow port 13 of the valve body 11 and sprayed form the spray port 17 is the heated fluid, and a circulation outflow port 19 communicated with the valve chest 14 through a circulation outflow passage 20 is formed on the valve body 11. Further a flow passage 21 of a cooling medium for cooling the controlled fluid, is formed on the valve body 11.
