The valve includes a spool valve 142 and a seating valve 144 in a housing 140, and is actuated by a solenoid 146. A first in-port 154 and out-port 152 are communicated with each other and are shut off by the spool valve 142, and a second in-port 156 and out-port 152 are communicated with each other and are shut off by the seating valve 144. Accordingly, an installation of the spool valve 142 allows the whole opening area of the in-ports 154 and 156 in the open state to enlarge, thereby increasing the flow rate of the fluid.
