At the time of electrification of a solenoid 110, a valve body 125 engaging with a movable iron core 123 against the elastic forces of elastic bodies 127, 129 is made to move towards an actuated position, by attracting the movable iron core 123 to a fixed iron core 121 with attracting force obtained by its electrification. Thereby, flow passages 75, 76 are communicated or closed to communicate by the spool valve body 125. At the time of non-electrification of the solenoid 110, change characteristic lines of the elastic force and change characteristic lines to the movement magnitude of the valve body 125 and the movable iron core 123 are set up so as to cross within movable limit ranges of the valve body 125 and the movable iron core 123 in the solenoid valve which closes or communicates the passages with the valve body 125 by moving the valve body 125 together with the movable iron core 123 to a original position by elastic forces of the elastic bodies 127, 129.
