To provide a solenoid valve with a chamber on the midway of a pipe connecting an input port to an external device, solving problems wherein there is no pulsation reducing effect unless the chamber is provided at a position of a belly part of pulsation distribution propagated from the input port to the external device, and still it is difficult to provide the chamber at the position of the belly part and it is disadvantage in layout and cost to provide it on the midway of the pipe.
The solenoid valve comprises the input port 2 to which pressure is supplied, an output port 3 to be connected to the external device, and a plunger 14 for opening/closing a flow path which communicates the input port 2 with the output port 3, with the energization/deenergization of a coil 5. The chamber 21 is provided in the flow path ranging from the input port 2 to a portion to be opened/closed by the plunger 14. The input port 2 and the output port 3 are provided on the opposite side to a mounting face on which the solenoid valve is mounted.
