Title:
SOLENOID VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011038542
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a solenoid valve capable of suppressing self-excited vibration resulting from air bubbles.

A solenoid valve 100 consists of a housing which includes a working fluid passage 106a forcing working fluid flowing therein and a working fluid passage 108e forcing the working fluid flowing thereout, a rod 120 which is separably arranged in a valve seat 106b provided inside a sleeve 108 and is capable of opening/closing a valve part, a plunger 122 which keeps a prescribed communication passage 122b for communicating a valve chamber 102 with spring chamber 118 and contains the rod 120 at an end on the valve chamber 102 side, a body 108a which is arranged opposite to the plunger 122 so as to sandwich the spring chamber 118 therebetween, a spring 110 for biasing the plunger 122 in a valve closing direction of the rod 120, and a washer 124 provided to an end surface of the plunger 122 on a side opposite to the body 108a to bridge a gap generated in the spring chamber 118 when the plunger 122 moves toward the body 108a.
