PURPOSE: To increase response speed and reduce power consumption by applying a great current to a coil of small number of windings for attraction for an initial short time and at the same time applying a small current to a coil of great number windings to maintain the attraction.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of attraction of a solenoid valve 16, a great current is applied for a short time of approx. 314μsec to a coil 172 of small number windings to generate strong attraction for initial high speed response. At the same time or later of the solenoid valve attraction, a small current which is sufficient to maintain the attraction is applied to a coil 173 of great number windings. Cosequently, the attraction and the maintaining which are difficult to be consistent with each other can be matched whereby increasing response speed and reduce power consumption.
