Abstract:

To provide a solid composition with a reduced strange taste/odor and a good savor while containing a high concentration of wheat albumin.

The solid composition contains the following components (A) and (B): (A) wheat albumin, (B) an asparagic acid or its salt, wherein the mass ratio [(a):(b)] of the content (a) of 0.19 wheat albumin (wheat albumin with the electrophoretic mobility of 0.19) in the solid composition to the asparagic acid or its salt (b) in terms of an asparagic acid in the solid composition is 1,000:1 to 10:1.
