This granulated or tableted replenisher contains substantially no dihydroxybenzenes but contains a cyclodextrin compound as the developing agent and also, one of azoles as a restrainer. The cyclodextrin compound is a compound represented by the formula. In the formula: each of R1 and R2 is independently an optionally substituted alkyl or amino group, or the like; (k) is 0 or 1; X is -CO- or -CS- when k=1; and each of M1 and M2 is hydrogen atom or an alkali metal. Further, the silver halide photographic sensitive material to be processed contains a hydrazine derivative or terazolium compound, etc.
