PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical formulation containing fenofibrate, where the pharmaceutical formulation has a reduced size and is easy to take without the deterioration of the drug effect.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid dispersion containing fenofibrate that is prepared by melting fenofibrate with polyvinyl pyrrolidone for mixing and, after that, solidify them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
