Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new solid dispersion improved in stability of a compound A in an acidic region and its solubility in a neutral region and a granular preparation containing it.
CONSTITUTION: There are provided a solid dispersion composed of 1-(3- fluoro-6,11-dihydrodibenz[b, e] oxepin-11-yl-)-4-(3-phenyl-2propenyl)piperazine (compound A) or its acid adduct and a water-soluble polymer substance and a granular preparation produced by coating a nucleus component containing the solid dispersion with an enteric coating film.
