Abstract:
To finely form an electrode in a solid electrolyte fuel cell and to provide the solid electrolyte fuel cell capable of improving pattern precision and productivity and having a large area.
In this solid electrolyte fuel cell, a fuel electrode and an air electrode are paired on the same plane on an electrolyte board. The electrolyte board, the fuel electrode, and the air electrode are formed of ceramics, and a fine pattern is formed of a plurality of pairs of the fuel electrodes and the air electrodes.
