Abstract:
To provide a solid electrolyte which enables the increase in discharge capacity of a lithium ion power storage element, a lithium ion power storage element having a large discharge capacity, and their manufacturing methods.SOLUTION: A solid electrolyte comprises lithium, phosphorus, sulfur and halogen. According to X-ray diffraction measurement by use of Cu Kα rays, the solid electrolyte has a diffraction pattern which can be assigned to a space group F-43m; the ratio (FWHM(311)/FWHM(222)) of a half value width(FWHM(311)) of a diffraction line representing (311) plane and a half value width(FWHM(222)) of a diffraction line representing (222) plane is 0.93 or more and 0.98 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
