CONSTITUTION: A mounting part 11 to the wiring pattern on the plus electrode side of a printed board is formed at the top of the anode lead 2 which extends through an encapsulation resin material 8 from the bottom of a capacitor element 1 and projects at the center of the bottom of the encapsulation resin material 8, and mounting parts 6A to the wiring pattern on a minus electrode are counterposed by bending the pointed ends of an outer cathode lead 6, leaving nearly equal intervals at the right and left of the mounting section 11.
