Abstract:
To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of preventing the cathode from deteriorating by suppressing the invasion of outside air into the cathode.SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor includes: a capacitor element having anode and cathode; an anode terminal electrically connected to the anode section; a cathode terminal electrically connected to the cathode portion; and an exterior resin sealing the capacitor element. At least part of the cathode is covered by a first barrier layer that contains at least one selected from insulating metal nitride film and insulating carbon film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
