PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: methods for producing solid enzyme formulations; and animal feed, foods and food supplements which comprise the enzyme formulations.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to novel solid enzyme formulations, comprising at least one particulate enzyme composition comprising at least one enzyme selected from xylanases, glucanases, cellulases, proteases, keratinases, amylases, and mixtures thereof, and at least one organic or inorganic salt of a monovalent or divalent cation; at least one particulate inorganic or organic support; and at least one hydrophobic liquid. Animal feed, foods and food supplements comprise the enzyme formulations.
